Shipments May Begin
December 11, 2026 – Order transportation services from GES to and from the show and arrange customs brokerage if applicable
December 15, 2026 – Advance Warehouse begins accepting shipments (closed from Dec. 23 – January 6th, no shipments will be accepted during this time)
Advance Price Deadlines
December 18, 2026 – Last day to make hotel reservations for advanced pricing
January 5, 2027 – Deadline for GES Advance Pricing
January 5, 2027 – Finalize booth personnel and register for exhibitor badges
Exhibitor Move-In Dates
January 17th, 2027 – 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. | Based on Move-in Schedule
January 18th, 2027 – 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. | Based on Move-in Schedule
January 19th, 2027 – 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 pm | Based on Move-in Schedule
