Shipments May Begin
December 12, 2025 – Order transportation services from GES to and from the show and arrange customs brokerage if applicable
December 16, 2025 – Advance Warehouse begins accepting shipments (closed from Dec. 23 – January 6th, no shipments will be accepted during this time)
Advance Price Deadlines
December 15, 2025 – Last day to make hotel reservations for advanced pricing
January 6, 2026 – Deadline for GES Advance Pricing
January 6, 2026 – Finalize booth personnel and register for exhibitor badges
Exhibitor Move-In Dates
January 18th, 2026 – 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Based on Move-in Schedule
January 19th, 2026 – 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Based on Move-in Schedule
January 20th, 2026 – 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 pm – Based on Move-in Schedule
Show Hours
January 21, 2026 – 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
January 22, 2026 – 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
Exhibitor Move-Out Dates
